COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS

In an effort to provide a fun, yet safe event, we will be hosting all activities outdoors at the Goldman Tennis Center and following all City of San Francisco health and safety protocols. Masks will be required if attendees wish to go inside the Clubhouse for any purpose. Please plan accordingly.

FAQ:

Here are some answers to questions the community has been asking about the event:

1. Is there parking at the Lisa and Douglas Center?

The tennis center itself does not have parking. If you are lucky you can find parking on Bowling Green Drive or on Nancy Pelosi to the west of the tennis center. If you don't mind walking a quarter mile or so, there is usually plenty of parking on Lincoln Ave. near the entrance to Sharon Art Studio and the Children's Playground.

2. Will there be seating or do we need to bring folding chairs?

We have some chairs and built-in benches at GTC already and we are renting folding chairs, so there will be a lot of seating. But you are welcome to bring a camping chair or blanket if you'd like.

3. Do we need to bring our own food and drinks or will there be a place to purchase snacks?

We will not be offering food and beverage inside the tennis center but we have arranged for two food vendors to set up just east of the tennis center entrance on Nancy Pelosi Ave. (Annie's hot dog/pretzel stand and alternating food trucks). You are also invited to bring your own food and beverage to enjoy.

4. Since this event is outside are children and pets allowed?

Children are 100% allowed and indeed encouraged! Dogs are welcome under certain guidelines, as stated here:
